I JUST RECEIVED MY DIRTY UNDIES TOY, WHY DO THEY LOOK SO DIRTY?

They were designed that way. Old underwear is gross and dirty. Period. 

 

DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY?

Um no. If you have a dog that is a heavy chewer (and let’s be honest, we all know if our dog is ‘that dog’). Even though our products are durable polyester canvas, they will still probably not stand up to the jaws of Brutus, the angry toy ripper upper. Please monitor your pet while they are playing with the toy to ensure they are not ripping the shit out of it.

  

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, if the item is in stock, because our orders process quickly, we are unable to change your address, shipping method or alter an order that you have already placed. When the item is received, you have 15 days to contact us to return the unused toy. Used toys will not be issued a refund or credit. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. WHEN I MAKE A RETURN, WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

For unused toy returns made within the date range specified in our return & exchange policy, you will be refunded the full value of your order, minus the original shipping charges. 

  

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO COME THROUGH?

Please allow us approximately 10-14 business days to process returns; we will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

  

HOW DO I REDEEM A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

WHAT DO I DO IF MY SHIPMENT WAS INCOMPLETE OR IS LOST (cause it happens!)?

It is possible that we packed your order in separate boxes and the items will arrive at different times. If it is still within the normal estimated delivery time frame, then please wait until that time frame is up – your package might still arrive.
